Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

AI App Factory is a digital product delivered by generating a private repository in your own GitHub account from our prebuilt template. Refund eligibility is determined by the following conditions:

  • Before GitHub repository generation: A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, provided your private GitHub repository has not yet been generated.
  • After GitHub repository generation: Once your private GitHub repository has been generated in your account, refunds are not available. The source code and all materials are cloned into your own repository, making it impossible to reverse delivery.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Send an email to support@productengineer.info with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your order number or the email address used for the purchase.
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated).

3. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Lemon Squeezy (USD): Refund processed through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
  • PortOne (KRW): Refund processed through PortOne to your original payment method.

5. After the Refund Period

Refund requests made after the 7-day window or after GitHub repository generation will not be accepted. We encourage you to thoroughly review the Product description and features before purchasing. If you have questions before buying, please contact us at support@productengineer.info.

6. Access Revocation

Refunds are only processed before repository generation. Since no repository exists in your account at that point, no access revocation is needed.

7. Exceptions

In cases of extenuating circumstances (such as duplicate charges or technical issues preventing access), we may consider refund requests outside the standard 7-day window on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with relevant documentation.
